Advice Needed for Building a Gaming and Productivity PC with New GPU

I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 5600G and an RTX 5060 with 8GB of RAM primarily for casual gaming, mainly playing games like Arc Raiders. I've recently managed to score an RTX 5080 at MSRP, which has got me thinking about upgrading my whole setup for better gaming and productivity. I'd like to build using the AM5 platform but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the options available. I'm looking for a stable and fast PC that can handle both gaming and productivity tasks, but I also want to be mindful of my budget because I know it's a bit silly to worry about cost with such an expensive GPU. I'm confused by the wide range of motherboards, with prices going from around $100 to upwards of $500, and I need help figuring out what to buy to make it all work together.

Are you looking to build a complete setup excluding the GPU? It would help to know your location and your budget for the rest of the components.

I'm in the US, and I'm looking to keep the budget around $1500. I've already decided on the Lian Li O11 Mini case! Planning to use their two-fan AIO cooler and a couple of triple fan packs for airflow. That's about as far as I've gotten.
