I'm in the process of building a gaming PC primarily for playing games like Rust, CS2, and other AAA titles. Right now, I'm considering a setup with an RTX 4070 paired with a Ryzen 7800x3d and 32GB of 6400MT/s CL32 RAM. My goal is to game at 1080p with a high refresh rate of 180Hz, aiming for maximum FPS. However, I have a limited budget of around $1300. Any suggestions on whether I should change any components or stick with my current plan?

Honestly, I think the RTX 4070 only makes sense if you find it at a good discount with the newer RTX 5070 and RX 9070 available now. Also, consider getting 6000 CL30 RAM. The 6400 CL32 might not give you as much performance without some manual tuning, and it’s just a bit outside the sweet spot for EXPO settings.
I recommend checking out this build suggestion: [PCPartPicker Link](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rdbmh7). The Ryzen 5 9600x is still a solid choice for gaming. You might also want to consider the RX 9070, which outperforms the 4070 by about 20% and comes with 16GB of VRAM. If you're near a Microcenter, you could look at this bundle: [Microcenter Bundle Link](https://www.microcenter.com/product/5007069/amd-ryzen-5-7600x3d,-asus-b650-e-tuf-gaming-wifi-am5,-gskill-flare-x5-series-32gb-ddr5-6000-kit,-computer-build-bundle).
I get that, but I'm more inclined towards NVIDIA GPUs. Plus, I'm based in Central Asia, where we don't exactly have access to a lot of those brands.
The 4070 is priced at about $700 here, while the 7900 is around $750, so it makes options tough.
