Advice Needed for Building a High-Performance PC

I'm looking to build a new PC primarily for sim racing, live streaming, video editing, and gaming, especially at 4K resolution with multiple camera inputs. My goal is to achieve top-notch performance while multitasking because I can't use a dual-system setup right now. I plan to integrate a Yolobox Extreme for specific recordings in my content creation process. Currently, I have an AMD Ryzen 5900X processor, 64GB of DDR4 RAM, and an RTX 4090, which I intend to use in the new build. I'm considering the 9950X3D for the build, but I also heard that the 9950X3D2 is on the way. I usually build a new system every 4-5 years and want something that can last a while, with some upgrade options down the line. I started with a 1080 and recently upgraded to the 4090 at retail price. I'm based in Toronto, Canada.

What’s your budget for this build? Knowing your budget can help narrow down the choices for components like the CPU and motherboard. Also, any preferences for brands?

Location matters because local retailers can have different stock and pricing. For example, MicroCenter offers in-store demonstrations which might help. Plus, some retailers may have deals on parts that could help you save significantly.
