Advice Needed for My First PC Build

I'm gearing up to upgrade my PC, moving away from a setup with dual GTX 660s and an AM3 CPU. I've done quite a bit of research to ensure I'm maximizing my budget, but I'm seeking feedback on whether the components I've chosen are high-quality and worth the price. My main priorities are longevity and performance, as I want this build to last as long as possible. I would greatly appreciate any insights on my setup since this is my first attempt at building a PC! You can check out my build here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2zHVPJ. Thanks a lot for any advice, and I'm open to some constructive criticism!

Everything looks mostly good to me! Though, I think the Phantom Spirit cooler is a bit better than the Peerless Assassin you've chosen. Your RAM from Teamgroup is fine, but I heard there can be some heat issues with certain G.Skill sticks because they lack a thermal pad to help them cool. Just something to keep in mind!

Can you suggest a better option for RAM? I'm really not picky about aesthetics or anything.
