Advice Needed for My First PC Build: €2000 Budget for 1440p Ultra Gaming

I'm gearing up to build my first PC with a budget of €2000, aiming for a 1440p ultra gaming experience at high settings around 100 fps. Besides gaming, I want this setup to handle multitasking smoothly and not run into any bottlenecks while doing other tasks. Currently, I'm eyeing the Gigabyte WINDFORCE SFF GeForce RTX 5070 12 GB GPU priced at €569, and I'm debating between 16 or 32 GB of RAM, although I need to do more research on that.

I haven't delved into the specs yet, so I'm unsure about what parts would meet my needs or if the ones I'm considering are worth the price. I'm familiar with the basics of PC parts and their specs, but I'm looking for insights about what is considered average. I plan to start serious research soon, likely next month, once I'm ready to save up for components.

I'd appreciate any guidance, especially since I prefer to select my own parts rather than have them suggested outright.

What I already have includes a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and speakers from my current laptop setup, so this build will focus solely on new internal components.

# Preferences:
- Only new parts
- GPU: Gigabyte WINDFORCE SFF GeForce RTX 5070 12 GB but open to suggestions.
- Case size: Need to research
- Cooling: Air (easy for first-timers) but no side panel fans due to space constraints.
- Aesthetics: RGB fans and RAM + dummy RAM.
- Storage: Boot NVMe + potentially a second larger NVMe for games.
- Bluetooth: Yes
- WIFI: Preferably
- Future-proofing is important

Let me know what I should keep an eye on, resources or videos to watch, and any tips for picking parts! I'd love to share updates on my selections too.

For your budget, I’d recommend considering the RTX 5070 Ti instead of the standard 5070; it could give you better performance overall. It's important to balance your GPU choice with a solid CPU too, so ensure your processor is capable enough to avoid bottlenecks along with that upgrade.

Why is the 5070 Ti a better option? Would it raise overall costs for my CPU or other parts?
