Advice Needed for My High-End Gaming PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm seeking some input on my planned gaming PC build that features some high-end components. Here's what I'm looking to put together: a Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor, a Gigabyte X870E Aorus Pro Ice motherboard, and a Lian Li Hydroshift II AIO cooler. I also plan on including G.Skill Trident Z5 Royal NEO 64GB (2x32) RAM at 6000 MHz, an MSI RTX5090 Suprim GPU, and a Samsung 990 Pro SSD (4TB and 2TB). The case will be the Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo RGB, and I'll use a Be Quiet! Pure Power 12M 1200 Watt PSU. I'm also adding some extra aesthetic cables. My worry is about the RAM—I've heard that the 6000 MHz might not be fully supported by the CPU. Would you recommend I switch to a different RAM module or keep what I have?

Wow, nice build! If you're focusing mainly on gaming, you might want to think about going with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D instead. It could outperform the 9950X3D by a tiny margin in certain situations, but it’s just a slight difference. If you're also doing other tasks on it, the 9950 is still a solid choice, though. Good luck with your build!

Thanks for the tip! I plan to use it for more than just gaming, hence the choice of the 9950.

You've got a killer setup here; honestly, there's not much to critique! The parts you’ve chosen are among the best out there right now. The RAM you've picked should work well, especially after enabling EXPO. Sure, the CPU officially supports 5600 MHz, but 6000 MHz usually runs fine with just two sticks. If you're looking to save a bit, you might consider a kit with a CL30 latency instead of spending more on CL28 because the performance difference is minimal. It looks good for your gaming and multitasking needs!

That's good to hear! I just want to ensure all parts work well together without breaking the bank.
