Advice on Choosing a GPU for a 7800X3D System

I just picked up a system featuring the 7800X3D from eBay, but it came without a GPU. I went ahead and ordered a 3060 12GB for about $230 to go with it. Currently, I'm using two 2560x1440 monitors. Are there any other graphics cards around the $230 price point that would have been better options?

I prefer Nvidia, as I’ve heard their drivers offer more stability compared to the B580.

Definitely check out the B580! It has the same amount of VRAM as the 3060, and it actually costs about $250. Plus, it’s a newer card that doesn't feel outdated like the 3060.

I’ve heard the 3060 has a reputation for better stability compared to the B580.

You might want to look at the 9060 XT 8GB, which can be found on sale for around $270. It offers significantly better performance than the 3060. Don't forget to consider options like the B580 or RTX 5050 too, as they outperform the 3060 in the same price range.
