I'm new to building PCs and have a budget of around $3000. I'm planning to play high-demand games like Cyberpunk and Black Myth: Wukong. Do you think my selected parts will work well for a smooth 1440p at 240Hz experience? Also, is my build overkill for what I want? Here's my parts list:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor
- **CPU Cooler**: NZXT Kraken Elite 360 RGB (2024) 75.12 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
- **Motherboard**: MSI PRO X870E-P WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard
- **Memory**: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory
- **Video Card**: Asus TUF GAMING OC GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB Video Card
- **Case**: NZXT H9 Flow RGB (2025) ATX Mid Tower Case
- **Power Supply**: Corsair RM1000x 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
- **Case Fan**: NZXT F120 RGB 50.18 CFM 120 mm Fans 3-Pack

You might be able to save around $500 by opting for a different setup. Still, what you have is solid if you want the RGB aesthetics. It's a great build!

What would you suggest to cut costs? Is it mainly the motherboard?
