Am I Safe After Dealing with a Trojan?

I recently downloaded something from a site called 4download and ended up getting a trojan, it seems to be called "doplik". Microsoft Defender flagged it, but I managed to quarantine everything with Malwarebytes, and after running diagnostics, it says my PC is clean now. I changed all my passwords just to be safe since it was on my device for about 3 hours. Do you think I'm in the clear, or is there anything else I should do? Any advice or experiences you can share would be really appreciated!

The Doplik trojan can do a lot of nasty things like downloading more malware and stealing your information. If you've managed to quarantine it and scans show you're clean, that's a good sign! To be extra cautious, make sure to do a complete scan with ESET Online Scanner or similar tools. Keeping everything updated is key, and maybe consider setting up 2FA on any important accounts to add that extra layer of security. If in doubt, you could always do a clean install of Windows just to be safe, but it might not be necessary.
