Hey there! I'm currently trying to set up the free version of AppTec360, which comes as an OVA for deployment on-premises. I managed to install it without a hitch, configured my SMTP settings, set up a Let's Encrypt certificate, and everything seemed to go well. However, when I try to configure Android Enterprise by clicking 'Prepare Setup' or when I attempt to create a CSR for APNs, I keep running into an internal error. I even tried redeploying the appliance, but the problem persists. Has anyone else faced this issue? Thanks in advance!

Have you checked your network settings and ensured that all the necessary ports are open? Sometimes these appliances need to make outbound connections for setting up certificates, which can lead to issues if those aren't configured properly.
