I'm experiencing some trouble with Outlook on my Mac. After an incident yesterday, my folders aren't updating, and even though I can access OWA, I'm unable to reconnect my account back to M365 after removing it. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Also, I heard there might be issues with the new iOS version of Outlook recently.

I’m having similar issues. When I try to re-add my account, I keep getting an error saying, "We encountered an error while adding account. Please try again."
Exactly! This is making my workday super tough. Can't use Outlook at all today.
I'm in the same boat—can’t sign in on my Mac, and my emails aren't sending or being delivered on mobile either.
I'm experiencing this as well. It’s a real hassle! I had the same issue, but I switched to Legacy Outlook temporarily. That allowed me to add the account back, and then I switched back to the new version. So far, everything's been good.
It sounds like you're facing a known issue. Check out EX1221742; it seems to be an ongoing problem on Microsoft's end affecting various platforms.
That seems related to mobile problems. This specifically seems like an issue with MacOS Outlook.
