Lately, my PC occasionally boots into the BIOS screen, and I'm not sure why. I'm looking for some insight on this issue and how to exit that screen without restarting my computer. By the way, I'm using Windows 10 and I've attached a picture of the screen in the first comment.

It sounds like your system might have some issues. If you’re not accidentally hitting any keys at startup, it could be a software issue or a problem with your drive. Here are a few things to check:
- Look for any software that could be triggering this, like BIOS updater tools.
- Check if your keyboard is registering phantom presses.
- Make sure your drive is connected properly to the motherboard.
- Consider running a health check on your drive, it might be aging (you can look up 'S.M.A.R.T. values' to check its status).
That screen you’re seeing is the BIOS Setup. If you press keys like F1, F2, or Delete during boot, it can take you there. You can usually exit by pressing F10 or by going to the 'Save & Exit' option to restart and try booting into Windows.

But why does it keep happening when I'm just watching YouTube? I'm not even near the keyboard!
