I'm having trouble with Wi-Fi connectivity on all our Apple devices at home, which include two iPhones, two iPads, and one MacBook. Recently, they started dropping the Wi-Fi connection, even though they indicate that they are connected in the settings. The green dot and blue tick appear, but there's no internet access. Interestingly, our Windows PC connects without any problems. I've already reset the router a couple of times, but it hasn't helped. Currently, I'm using my iPhone as a mobile hotspot to access the internet on the MacBook, which is not ideal. I've double-checked all settings, and everything seems to be as it should be. Before reaching out to Apple support, I wanted to see if anyone else has faced this issue and has any solutions?

You might want to try forgetting the Wi-Fi network on all your Apple devices and then reconnecting. Sometimes re-establishing the connection can help fix weird issues like this.
Go into your router settings and disable auto band switching. Set your channel band to a fixed one instead. After that, try rebooting all your devices and power cycling the router for a few minutes.
First, can you tell me the make and model of your router? It might help to check online if anyone with the same router or ISP has experienced similar issues. Also, when resetting the router, did you just power cycle it or factory reset it? And what OS version are your devices on? Lastly, if you run a traceroute on a website from your MacBook, what does it show?
Thanks for your help! I’ll check out the router specifics and gather that info.

I actually tried that, but it didn’t work for me. Still no luck!
