Are DNSFilter Roaming Agents Having Offline Issues in the UK?

Hey everyone! I'm curious to see if anyone else using DNSFilter is having problems with their Roaming Agents going offline. We have 23 agents spread out across the UK, each connected to different ISPs, and they all seem to be flipping between online and offline. I've already submitted a support ticket, but haven't heard anything back yet.

Interesting, I haven't had them go offline, but I've had issues with DNS resolution on a few sites lately. Seems like there might be some bigger issues at play.

Yeah, we're seeing the same thing in the UK. It's been really frustrating; some agents are just not responding. Had to disable mine for the time being.

Same here, I had to do that as well!

Totally feel you on this! I'm in the UK too, and I've been facing the same issue with my Roaming Agents going offline.

I had the same issue, but it seems to be getting better now. Even though the status page still shows everything is fine, my agents are staying online after restarting the DNS Agent service.

I've been having issues too, and I found that stopping the service temporarily restores connectivity for users. Hope it gets fixed soon for all of us in the UK!

I've noticed they just released a new agent version, 2.0.8. Not sure if it’s related, but it could be worth checking out!
