I woke up one day and my PC just wouldn't boot. I decided to check the RAM sticks. Slot 4 works fine with either RAM stick when I use them one at a time. However, slots 1-3 don't post at all, even though the RAM lights are still on. Could my motherboard be damaged?

Sounds frustrating! Could you share your full system specs? Also, how long have you had this setup? Sometimes issues like this arise after a few signs, like freezing or unexpected restarts, especially during demanding tasks. It might help to pinpoint the problem.
Hey there, I think your motherboard might have some issues with the RAM slots since they’re not posting. I had a similar issue before. Try resetting the BIOS or try different RAM sticks if you have any. It could also be a compatibility issue with the motherboard.
