I've been wondering if anyone is experiencing audio problems while using Lenovo X1 Gen 13 Carbon laptops, particularly in Microsoft Teams. It seems like there might be some issues, and I'm curious to hear if anyone else has dealt with this.

I don't have issues with the laptops, but the M75Q Tiny desktops seem to install the wrong audio drivers kinda frequently. It leads to all sorts of audio problems. I found a helpful video on Lenovo's support site addressing this problem; it's worth checking out!
Absolutely! It seems like the Realtek driver updates are messing things up. Whenever they update, it can reset the audio settings in Teams. So, if users had their setup configured with one speaker and mic, it might suddenly switch them around. I’ve been helping with user training to encourage them to troubleshoot this themselves, but it’s a mixed bag of results.
Definitely having issues, especially when using Anker speakers. It's frustrating, to say the least!
I haven't noticed issues with the E series so far, but the other models have definitely been problematic. It's good to hear some versions seem to be fine.
Yeah, I’m having similar problems with T and L series Lenovo devices. I've seen reports of sound cutting out or dropping to low volumes, and it’s kind of all over the place. We considered whether it might be related to the Dolby audio settings, but haven't pinpointed the issue yet.

It sounds like a real hassle! Have you found any specific solutions that work best so far?
