I've been having a tough time accessing the admin portal in Office 365, and it seems like Teams messaging has also been deleted. Is anyone else in the US East experiencing similar issues or know what's going on?

Yeah, on Cogent and it's super slow for me. Just got off the phone with them, they confirmed they were experiencing issues affecting various users trying to reach Microsoft resources.

From what I saw yesterday, there might be a Cogent issue affecting access. Is Cogent your ISP? Some users are reporting slowdowns and connectivity problems, especially with Microsoft's services.

I just noticed my Outlook was disconnected here in the US East, and I can't get into the admin or OWA either. Seems like it's a widespread issue affecting many, especially with shared files in Teams.
