Are There Motherboards That Avoid Over-volting CPUs?

I've been having issues with my Asus Z590 Strix motherboard, which seems to have over-volted my CPU to the point where my 3200MHz memory (2 x 16GB CAS 14) can no longer post. It used to run stable for years, but now it just fails to post. As I plan to build a new machine, I'm curious about the brands out there that are less likely to over-volt components compared to Asus. Any recommendations?

It sounds like you might be facing memory degradation rather than an issue with the motherboard itself. Sometimes, RAM can just wear out after extensive use, especially if it's been pushed hard for a long time. Maybe try testing your RAM in another system or reducing the speed to see if that helps? You might not necessarily need to change the motherboard.
