I've been gaming on a PS4 with a 500GB hard drive, but I'm ready to dive into PC building! I'm looking for a setup that can handle 1080p on ultra settings and maybe 1440p on medium. I'm not interested in ray tracing, and I'm okay with using upscaling. Here are the specs I'm considering for my build:

- MSI A520M-A PRO Gaming Motherboard - $68.99
- ASRock RX 6600 8GB Challenger - $219.99
- TEAMGROUP 500GB Gen 4 SSD - $34.99
- AMD Ryzen 5 4500 6-Core, 12-Thread CPU with Wraith Stealth Cooler - $64.99
- TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4 DRAM 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 3200mhz CL16 - $26.99
- Raidmax Vector Series V211 Gaming Chassis with 4 RGB Fans - $49.99
- Apevia SPIRIT 600W PSU - $33.99
- Trendnet WiFi 6 & BT 5.2 Adapter - $19.99

The total comes to about $560.21 including tax. I've already got a 1080p monitor and an ultra-wide 1440p monitor ready to go, plus a keyboard and mouse. I'll grab a Windows key if I go ahead with this build. I'd love to hear your thoughts or any alternatives you might have for these parts!

I read that the RX 6600 is somewhat comparable to a 3060, minus the VRAM. The 3060 can manage 1440p at lower settings with DLSS, so maybe your build can at least get close? Just be prepared for some compromises on graphics quality.

You might struggle to hit 1440p with this setup. Most AAA titles will likely run at 1080p on medium settings at best. Keep that in mind when you're making your decision!
