Hey everyone! I recently scored an Intel Core i9-14900K for $250 after my previous 7800X3D died, and I'm curious if the voltages I'm seeing are safe. Here's a link to the voltage readings: [Voltage Readings](https://imgur.com/a/ZcJdgnr).

First off, what motherboard and cooling solution are you using? It’s important to know these details. Are you on the extreme or performance profile in the BIOS? Generally, as long as you stay below 1.55 volts, you should be fine. I’ve got a 14900K with a -150 offset on my cooling system which is a 420mm radiator, and it runs around 1.238 volts under full load.
I have a Z790 ASUS Strix DDR5 and switched from a Z790 Aorus Elite DDR4. I ran both on the April 2024 BIOS before Intel Profile came along. Sure, some will say update to the latest BIOS, but the newest settings often require manual tuning anyway. I’d suggest disabling Hyper-Threading, undervolting to 1.4V, and setting Load-Line Calibration to Level 6. This should keep your CPU temps around 80-85°C under full load. I had a voltage offset that caused weekly crashes, so I switched to a fixed voltage for better stability.
You definitely want to be on the newest BIOS, which is around 0x12F now. They fixed several bugs, including the Vmin Shift issue. Remember to adjust your negative offset gradually; starting at -50 and going down to -150 worked for me. Also, don't forget about memory tuning; XMP can affect your offset pretty significantly.
