Hey everyone! I'm seeking some advice about graphics cards since I'm not very knowledgeable in this area. I'm primarily looking to build a PC that can handle the latest AAA games with decent graphics and smooth frame rates, as well as some strategy games and indie titles. I've come across a few budget-friendly options like the RTX 4060, RTX 5060, RX 9060 XT, and Intel Arc B570. Could someone break down which would be the best for my needs and explain their pros and cons in simple terms? Thanks in advance for your help!

Definitely go for the RX 9060 XT, especially the 16GB version. It's really popular among gamers right now and delivers great performance!
Hey, just so you know, the first number in the series indicates the card's generation, and the next number usually shows the performance tier. Generally, AMD cards tend to offer similar performance to NVIDIA at a lower price, so if budget is key, they might be the better choice. Based on your planned gaming resolution, just be mindful to balance quality and performance.
Before choosing, consider what resolution you'll be gaming at. If you want the cheapest option that can still perform well, that’s definitely something to keep in mind.
For graphics cards over $300, I recommend at least 12GB of VRAM. The RTX 4060 and 5060 might not meet that requirement, so they could be skipped. The 16GB RX 9060 XT is much more capable than the Intel B570, so opt for Intel only if it's a lot cheaper.
The RX 9060 XT is currently one of the best options if you want good value for your money. It can comfortably handle games at 1080p and 1440p, making it a solid choice for gaming without breaking the bank.
Awesome, thanks for the insight!
Just make sure to get the 16GB version for better performance!
1080p would suffice for me personally. 🙂
