Best Case and Cooling Options for My Ryzen 9 9950X3D Build?

I'm building a high-end PC with an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D and I'm looking for recommendations for a case and cooling solutions. I want to keep the build compact, ideally around the size of the Thermaltake View 270 Plus, and it needs to support an E-ATX motherboard (Gigabyte X870E XTREME AI Top). I'm open to alternatives to the AIO cooler I currently have in mind, which is the Thermaltake TH360 V2 ARGB, as long as the cooling solution is effective and quiet. I'd prefer a case that comes with fans, but I've heard that stock fans can be noisy or of low quality. Any suggestions?

For your case, I highly recommend the Lian Li 011 Vision. It's stylish and provides excellent airflow. As for cooling, check out the Arctic Freezer III Pro 360mm; it's amazing for under $100. I use Lian Li SL-Infinity fans myself—three 140mm on the bottom and one 120mm at the back, and they work great!

That's good to know! Where do you place the radiator in that setup?
