I've been tasked with upgrading our phone system at work. We're a small business with about 15 phones, currently stuck with some outdated Shoretel hardware and desk phones. Since we can no longer get hardware support and the software support is really limited, I'm looking for recommendations on cloud-based phone systems that would suit our setup. We have around 20 employees total and need something reliable. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

If you're using Microsoft services already, consider Microsoft Teams for telephony. It's got various features and integrates well with other tools. Just chat with your account manager about the options available.
What about using Teams in a call center? We have 10 reps, and I'm curious if it would fit our needs.
