I built my first PC about a year ago and I'm looking to upgrade my CPU cooler to reduce noise and improve thermal performance. My current setup includes an Asus AP201 case, an Asrock B650M PG Riptide motherboard, a Ryzen 9 7900 with its standard cooler, 32GB of Vengeance RAM, an MSI Ventus 2X RTX 4070, and a Fractal ION 750W PSU. I've got two Be Quiet Light Wings fans as intake at the bottom and one as exhaust in the back. What cooler would you recommend?

Have you checked which cooler you're using right now? If it's the stock cooler, there are better options out there. The Thermalright Phantom Spirit is a great pick and pretty affordable at around €40. It’s known for good cooling performance and relatively low noise.

Yeah, I’m currently using the stock cooler.

If you're looking for something sturdier and more visually appealing, the Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3 is a solid choice at about €55. It's also very quiet and has great performance, similar to the Phantom Spirit, just with a more premium look.
