Hey folks, I'm about to move to a new place that has a Starlink Gen 2 setup, but unfortunately, it doesn't support Ethernet directly. I need to connect my PC, which doesn't have WiFi capability. The homeowner is against using the Starlink Ethernet Adapter, so that's out of the question. I can't plug anything in near the Starlink setup, meaning I'll need a solution that works from my room. What do you recommend for getting decent internet access in this situation?

A USB WiFi adapter can be your best bet here! I don’t have a particular brand to recommend, but make sure it has decent reviews and antenna support to boost reception.
If your PC has a free PCIe slot, consider getting a PCIe WiFi card. It'll give you a reliable connection using your Starlink signal. If that’s not possible, a good USB WiFi adapter could work well too. Just make sure to choose a reputable brand like TP-Link or Netgear.
If using a PCIe WiFi card is feasible for you, that's a great option! Otherwise, a solid USB WiFi adapter should do just fine. Just keep the placement optimal for the best connection!
I'd suggest getting a USB WiFi adapter for your PC. You can place it up high with an extension cable to get the best signal. Also, try to position your PC in a spot with the least obstructions between it and the Starlink setup for better connectivity.
A USB WiFi adapter can be a straightforward solution. They’re easy to set up and can provide decent connectivity. Aim to position your Starlink as high as possible or near a window for the best signal, without any need to mess with the Starlink hardware.

Thanks for the tips! I’ll look into getting a USB adapter and find a good spot in the room.
