Best Gaming PC Build for €3000: Need Recommendations

Hey folks! I'm on the hunt for a new gaming PC and I've got a budget of €3000 to work with. I want to start from scratch and am aiming to run the latest games, like Black Wukong, at really high frame rates on either 4K or 2K resolution. What configuration would you suggest? Specifically, I'm looking for advice on the best CPU and GPU to get.

I'm also considering some pre-built options I've found, like the PC Gamer DOOMSLAYER from Topachat and the PC Gamer RTX 5080 Silence 7.0 from Premium-PC. Do you think I could build something better or cheaper on my own instead? I'd love to hear your insights on how to choose the right components too! Thanks in advance! 🙏

Building it yourself is definitely the way to go for better value. I'd suggest the Ryzen 9 7800X3D for a top-tier gaming CPU. The RTX 5080 is again a solid choice, but if you're willing to spend a bit more, the 5090 is an incredible leap in performance—but it might break your budget. Keep an eye on this build as it can run Black Wukong beautifully: [Here’s a link!](https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/XcH2np).

Appreciate the advice! I noticed you're both recommending the Lian Li Lancool 207 as the case—what makes it such a great choice?

You can definitely build a solid PC for less than what those pre-builts are asking. For the CPU, I highly recommend going with the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D; it’s currently one of the best options for gaming. As for the GPU, the RTX 5080 is a perfect fit for your budget and will handle Black Wukong at 4K ultra settings really well, averaging around 58 FPS. A good build under your budget could look like this: [Check it out here](https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/Z4sLnp).

Thanks for the input! Is the RTX 5090 really worth the jump in price? It seems a bit steep to me.
