I'm looking to upgrade my GPU from an NVIDIA 1650 and need some recommendations for a great card under $400 CAD. If you're looking for a solid upgrade, I recommend the 16GB Radeon RX 9060 XT. It's definitely the best option in your budget. Just make sure you're getting the 16GB version!

Have you thought about looking at your local Facebook Marketplace? I've seen some great deals on a 3080 for around $250 USD recently, which would give you way more power than anything in the $400 CAD range.
