Best GPU Upgrade Options for Non-Gaming Use

Hey everyone, I'm in need of some advice on upgrading my GPU. I've just upgraded my motherboard and other components, but my trusty EVGA 9500GT, which has worked well for over 16 years, is starting to show its age and causing compatibility issues with some of my applications. I have a budget of around $100 and I'm not looking for the latest and greatest; I value durability in a brand. My current setup includes an ROG STRIX B450-F motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 5 5500 processor. I've been considering options like the GTX 1030 or GTX 1050. What do you think?

Honestly, if you're looking for a good deal, swapping your CPU to an APU like the Ryzen 5 5600G or 5700G could be a smarter move. They come with integrated graphics that might serve your needs better for general use.
