I'm currently stuck with Pop!_OS, and after trying to install Nvidia 570 drivers, my system crashed into a loop. Now, every time I attempt to use 'sudo apt install', I'm hit with a message to run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a', but my screen just freezes when I do. Worst part is, I can't even purge the Nvidia drivers. I'm looking for a Linux distro that supports the latest Nvidia GPUs and won't crash during installations. Any recommendations?

Debian is another option you can consider. It might not be fancy, but it tends to be stable and has good Nvidia driver support.
Bazzite is a solid choice for Nvidia support. Some people also recommend Nobara; both are based on Fedora, which is good for gaming. You could even explore rolling releases like Arch if you're up for it!
Thanks! I appreciate the suggestions.
You might want to check out Bazzite or Nobara. They’ve been reliable for many with Nvidia setups.
Thanks!! I'll give them a try.
But honestly, if you're encountering constant issues, you might need to rethink your setup. Mint could work better for you!
I don't think it's a skill issue, but I appreciate the input! I just want a stable experience.
Jumping from one Ubuntu fork to another isn't always the answer, though.
If you're in a tough spot, try booting into an emergency TTY session so you can purge those Nvidia drivers. Once they're gone, a fresh install might fix your issues.
CachyOS has been recommended over some Ubuntu-based distros. They often get favorable feedback, especially for gaming setups.
Thx! I’ll look into that.
