Best Motherboard and GPU for a Ryzen 5 5600 Build?

I'm putting together my first PC, aiming for entry-level performance at 1080p and 1440p gaming. I'm pretty set on the Ryzen 5 5600 processor, but I'm not sure which motherboard to choose. I'm considering a B450 board for now. As for the GPU, I'm leaning towards the RX 580 since there's not much price difference between used and new options for it. Eventually, I plan to upgrade to an RX 6700 XT or an Arc B580, and possibly swap out the CPU for a 7600 or 5600X3D down the line. I'm excluding Nvidia and Intel from my choices for at least the next three years. I'd also appreciate suggestions for a monitor within the $100 range. Any advice would be great!

Regarding your casing, the NZXT H9 Flow (White) for $100 sounds good, especially if it’s new! Just ensure it has enough space for your components. For the PSU, aim for something between 550-600W to safely power your build. Plus, to install Windows after you get the key, you just need to download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's website to create a bootable USB drive. That's super helpful, thanks! But are there cheaper, ready-to-go cases out there? I don't want to spend too much on a case when I could invest in better hardware.
