Hi everyone! I'm putting together my first gaming PC and could really use some guidance, especially when it comes to choosing a motherboard. I've done a lot of research over the years, but motherboards still confuse me a bit. Here are my requirements:
1. I'd like at least 3 NVMe slots, with at least one supporting PCIe 5.0 if possible. I have a strong need for storage as I mod my games and work on some projects that require a lot of space.
2. A good audio codec is important to me.
3. I'm really confused about VRMs; what exactly do they do, and what should I look for to suit my build?
4. I want decent fan hubs and ARGB support, although I'm open to buying a controller if needed.
I know there must be a great motherboard in the €160-180 range, but the variety is overwhelming, and I just feel paralyzed by all the options available!
