Hi everyone! I work for a company with about 15 staff members who all need access to various logins and passwords. Currently, we use 1Password individually, but I'm looking for a better system that allows our whole team to securely access shared passwords. I remember that our previous managed service provider had a solution that allowed their team to access our services whenever we needed help, but since they've moved on, I can't ask them for details. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend checking out 1Password's enterprise solution. It's effective and designed for teams. BitWarden and Keeper are also solid options if you want alternatives.
We use Keeper at our enterprise, but it can get pricey. If you're already familiar with 1Password, their enterprise version might be the best fit.
We utilize Hudu for our documentation, and it has a built-in feature for password management. Also, Dashlane is great for team password sharing and supports storing MFA tokens, which is really handy.
If you're looking for a simple free option, I've had good experiences with PasswordSafe. Just keep in mind it doesn't have centralized management, so you'll need to ensure everyone can access their vaults separately.
If you’re sticking with 1Password, definitely consider their Teams edition. It's straightforward and works really well. We share vaults among staff, and it's made our lives a lot easier!
