I'm looking to build a gaming PC with a budget of around 65-70,000 INR (which is about $800). I've been researching components and I'm aiming for either an RTX 4060 or RX 7600. I'd love to get some advice on which GPU is better and the reasons behind it. While I have some knowledge about PC hardware, I'm a bit confused about choosing the right PSU, cooler, cabinet, RAM, and storage brands. I also have a few specific questions: Should I go with an AMD or Intel processor? Is it better to opt for DDR4 or DDR5 RAM? Lastly, should I consider buying older or cheaper GPUs now for a more future-proof build? Any tips on future-proofing would be greatly appreciated, especially since my focus is mainly on gaming!

For your budget, I recommend going with the AMD Ryzen 5 8400F processor. It pairs well with the RTX 4060 and offers great performance for gaming. As for RAM, DDR5 is the future, but DDR4 is still very capable and might save you some money. For the GPU, the RTX 4060 is generally considered better for gaming right now due to its performance in most titles. I'd also suggest you check out the builds around 900 dollars just to get an idea of what components fit well together!
