I'm building a new PC and my budget is around €1000, but I won't be including a GPU since I'm using my GTX 1070 for now and planning to upgrade to a 9070 XT later. I'm looking for 32 GB of RAM and need recommendations for the CPU, motherboard, power supply, case, cooler, and everything else. I'm trying to decide between going with an AM4 build (since DDR4 RAM is cheaper) or jumping straight into AM5 with DDR5 even though it's pricier. What would be a solid combination that allows for easy upgrades when I get the 9070 XT?

If you can stretch your budget by about €140, I'd recommend considering an AM5 build with a 7800X3D – it's worth it for the long-term benefits. Prices for AM5 might feel steep right now, but going for 32 GB of RAM is the way to go. If you don’t want to spend extra right away, starting with 16 GB of DDR5 could work since your current GPU might bottleneck performance anyway.

I checked the components you suggested, and I’m really liking the combo! The only concern I have is that the Corsair Vengeance CL36 RAM isn’t available for me right now—it’ll take a month to arrive. Would the Corsair Vengeance CL38 work just as well? I’m also considering the "32GB Patriot VIPER VENOM DDR5-6000 DIMM CL30 Dual Kit" which is slightly more expensive. What do you think?
