I'm looking to upgrade my RAM for a system that includes an AMD Ryzen 7800X3D CPU, an ASRock B650E PG Riptide WiFi motherboard, and an RX White Taichi 7900XTX GPU. If money were no object, which set of two RAM sticks would you choose for gaming with this combo?

Definitely grab a pair of 2x16GB 6000MHz CL30 sticks, but don’t forget the RGB lighting to really make your build shine!
You can’t go wrong with any 2x16GB 6000MHz CL30 kit; it’ll run perfectly with your setup.
I’d go for 2x32GB 6000MHz CL30 RAM. That’s a solid choice for performance.
I bought 2x24GB Patriot DDR5-7000CL32 last year for a great price, but today it’s pretty expensive. For your setup, consider 2x24GB DDR5-6000CL26. It’d be the sweet spot for performance without overkill. A faster 7400-8000MHz RAM could be elite too!
G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64GB DDR5-6000 CL28 - would this be better than Hynix chips?

Do you think my CPU would actually handle overclocking to those 8000 speeds?
