Best Way to Implement Passkeys for Company Users?

I'm exploring the best approach to deploy passkeys or YubiKeys across my company. We have about 150 users, with some field employees sharing computers for access to our terminal server. I'm considering options like Duo and YubiKey to enhance security on our workstations. Office staff will definitely be required to use these, but I'm less concerned about the field users since they don't access much. I don't think adding an NFC reader would be practical, given that we often work on laptops and move around. Currently, no one uses MFA codes because they can be slow or unreliable. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Are you looking to have users authenticate to their workstations with MFA? That’s becoming more common, especially for anyone connecting outside the office. We do that where I work, but it’s mostly for laptops when people are traveling.

Yeah, it's not uncommon. In our case, the second factor is just being on the corporate network, but when we’re offsite, users definitely need MFA.
