Best Ways to Connect Multiple PC Case Fans

I'm trying to figure out the best way to connect all the fans in my PC case. Here's my setup: I've got 1 Corsair LL140 fan at the back, 3 be quiet! 120 AiO fans on the top, 3 Corsair LL140 fans on the front, and 3 Corsair LL120 fans at the bottom. My motherboard only has 3 SYS_FAN ports. I'm considering a few options:

1. Get a PWM hub to connect all the LL140 fans together to one SYS_FAN port, then use a splitter for the be quiet! fans on another SYS_FAN, and finally buy another PWM hub for the LL120 fans on the last port.

2. Instead of the second PWM hub, just connect the bottom LL120 fans to one SYS_FAN using a 1-to-3 splitter, but I'm a bit unsure if that's safe.

3. Connect all the LL120 and LL140 fans to one PWM hub on the first SYS_FAN port and the be quiet! fans to the second. But I worry that since they have different sizes, having them on the same hub might cause speed issues since they might not run at the same RPM.

I'm really unsure which option is the best, or if there's a better way to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does your motherboard have a CPU_FAN port? You really should connect your AiO fans there since it’s designed to manage CPU cooling. Just thinking that might be a more efficient way to handle things!

Oh, but wouldn’t the pump typically go there instead?

I kept it really straightforward. I connected all my intake fans to one channel and exhaust fans to another with Noctua fan controllers. I used to fiddle with curves and settings, but honestly, I found I prefer just having analog controls. It’s simpler and works just fine!

So you're saying just use two PWM hubs?
