Bluetooth Disappeared After Windows 11 Reinstallation – Help!

I recently reinstalled Windows 11 to format both of my drives, and now I've lost the Bluetooth feature entirely. It's not showing up in the quick settings panel, and I can't even find an option to enable it in the settings. I tried using Windows Troubleshooter and checked for driver updates in Device Manager, but Bluetooth isn't listed at all. It was working perfectly before I reinstalled, so I'm really at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What's the make and model of your laptop? All the necessary drivers, including Bluetooth, should be available on the manufacturer's website.

I checked the site, but I couldn't find any specific Bluetooth drivers. My laptop model is Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42.

You might want to check your laptop's BIOS settings or see if you need to install a specific driver for your Bluetooth adapter. Sometimes, after a reinstall, the necessary drivers aren't automatically installed. If you know your motherboard or laptop model, you can get the correct drivers from the manufacturer's site.

I'm on a laptop, and I usually only checked for hardware when cleaning it. Is there an easy way to find the model without opening it up? I think Bluetooth is integrated with the Wi-Fi chip.

Have you looked in Device Manager to see if Bluetooth is there? If it’s not visible, it might be hidden. After installing new drivers, check again because it could show up there but may need enabling.

I mentioned it doesn't appear in Device Manager. But after installing new drivers, it finally shows up under hidden devices, yet I still can't turn on Bluetooth.
