Hey everyone! I recently set up a dual boot system with Windows and Arch Linux on my machine. While everything's great on Linux, I'm facing a frustrating issue with Bluetooth on Windows. It shows up as a 'generic Bluetooth adapter' and doesn't function at all, even though Bluetooth works perfectly on Arch. My motherboard is a Gigabyte B760 AX DS3H DDR4 (version 1.0) with the latest BIOS update (F14C). I've tried installing all the drivers from the Gigabyte website, but only the Wi-Fi works. Windows Update didn't resolve the issue, and I'm getting an error code 43. If anyone can help me figure this out, I'd really appreciate it! I'm in need of Windows for sim racing, so fixing this ASAP is important for me.

It sounds like your Bluetooth issue might stem from a missing driver or incorrect configuration. Since your motherboard specs don’t list an integrated Bluetooth card, it’s possible that an external card was added. Check Device Manager and see the properties for your Bluetooth device. In the Details tab, select Hardware IDs and share the first line here; that info can help pinpoint the right driver you may need!
Ah, I see! I made a mistake earlier; my motherboard is the Gigabyte B760 AX DS3H DDR4. Thanks for the heads up on checking the hardware IDs!
