I'm on my second attempt at building a PC, and the only notable change I made this time is that I opted for a non-modular power supply instead of a modular one. After finishing the build, I started facing a 'no display' issue. At first, I thought a RAM stick might be faulty since the system managed to boot a couple of times. I even hit the restart button to access the BIOS, but immediately after that, I lost the signal again. So far, I've reseated the GPU and RAM, tested all RAM slots, checked all connections, and swapped out different cables—nothing seems to work. The power is on, everything lights up, it seems to POST because if I wait about 30 seconds, the blue light on the front of the case turns off while the fans and keyboard lights remain on. I could really use some help figuring this out!

Sounds like you’ve done a solid job checking everything. Since you mentioned the PC displayed for the first few times, it might be worth considering a faulty power supply. Keep an eye on all the connections you made—double-check that everything is really seated properly.
Can you list out all your components? Also, make sure the cable is securely plugged into the GPU. You might want to let it sit for a few minutes—sometimes, it can take a while for the PBO settings to adjust. Have you checked if all the power cables are fully connected? It could be a BIOS setting issue too.
