I'm looking to avoid building an AM5 PC as it would push my 2300 build cost by an extra $500. Instead, I'm aiming to get the best performance I can out of an AM4 setup. My primary focus is playing games like Sea of Thieves, Project Zomboid, and older titles like Halo, mostly from between 2010 and 2015, so I don't think I need high-end hardware for that. Would the Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU cause issues for me in running these games, particularly when it comes to racing sims?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "Triple 4K gaming," but I've got the same CPU and GPU, and I can handle a lot of games at 4K without much trouble. Just a heads-up, though: finding a good deal on the 5800X3D can be tough since it's been out of production for a while and prices have shot up due to demand.

Oh, "Triple 4K gaming" is about having three screens set up side by side for a wider view. That definitely changes things, but with your setup, you should still have good performance!
