I keep seeing a software update notification pop up whenever I boot up my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 running Windows 11. The update size is usually around 40MB. When I press alt+tab, I see an orange star icon with a white downward arrow. Is this something I should be worried about, like malware, or is it just a normal system function? Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200.

If you're concerned about malware, it's a good idea to run a scan with your antivirus software. But since you mentioned it's an update from the ISP, it should be fine. Always good to double-check though, just to be cautious!
It sounds like that software updater could be related to your ISP. I found out about a tool called IPerCom Installer Tool that matches your description. You might want to check your network settings or any software your Internet provider uses for updates. Just to be safe, keep your antivirus updated!
