Which GPU Should I Choose for Streaming Games: RX 9060 XT or RTX 5060 Ti?

I'm currently using a 7500F CPU with an RTX 3050 8GB GPU and streaming games through OBS. I'm planning to upgrade my GPU and I'm torn between getting the RTX 5060 Ti for $570 or the RX 9060 XT for $460. I mostly play games like Path of Exile 2 and World of Warcraft, and I stream in 1080p. I'd appreciate some advice from you all before I make my decision!

Nvidia cards generally have better encoding, which is crucial for streaming. While upgrading might not radically improve your current setup, if you're on a budget, the RX 9060 XT is a solid choice. If you're open to it, consider looking at the 9070 non-XT, which is similarly priced to the 5060 Ti but offers better performance, closer to the 5070.

I'm really aiming for a smooth experience while streaming, particularly to avoid any input lag or stuttering. Would that change your recommendation?
