I'm trying to figure out if I can take the SSD from my old desktop and install it as a second SSD in my new computer, which already has a 1TB SSD. Is this doable on my own or would I need professional help?

Yes, you can definitely move the SSD as long as there’s an available slot in your new PC. Just unplug it from the old computer and plug it into the new one. It's pretty straightforward! If you're just looking for extra storage, it should work perfectly.
