I recently received an Apple product I ordered online, and the product itself arrived in great shape. However, I'm a bit of a packaging enthusiast, and the brown outer shipping box arrived with some dirt on it. I was wondering if it would be possible to request a replacement for just that box from Apple Support, given my situation. I really want to keep that shipping box in pristine condition for my collection. Has anyone had any luck getting a replacement box without returning the actual product?

There's almost no chance they'll send you another box. It's just a shipping box, after all—meant to get dirty and protect the product inside. You might have better luck finding someone who’s selling a clean one online!
Honestly, I think it’s a long shot. That box is specifically designed to get banged up during shipping, so I doubt Apple will send you a new one just for looks. But hey, it can't hurt to reach out and ask! You never know until you try.
I think it’s funny that you collect the packaging! But they probably won't send you an empty box. You could try their support just in case, but it might not go how you hope.
