I've recently upgraded my server to a better machine, and most of my game servers are running smoothly except for my Minecraft Bedrock server. It was functional on my old PC, but now it's rejecting connections. I tried everything I could find to troubleshoot, even attempted a hard reset of Windows, but that didn't go well and I'm guessing it's due to the OS not being activated. Now, I'm considering switching to Ubuntu.
My question is: will I be able to run my existing game servers on Ubuntu? I'm particularly concerned about retaining my configuration and world data. Is there a process to convert my server files from the Windows format to one that's compatible with Ubuntu?

Yes, there is a Bedrock server version compatible with Ubuntu 22.04. You can check out the official download on the Minecraft website. You'll need to set it up again, but it supports running the server on Ubuntu.
I get that, but I really want to keep my existing world file. Is there a way to transfer it without starting all over?
