I'm currently using the free tier of EC2 on my first AWS account, which is still active. I'm curious if I can create another AWS account using a different email but verifying it with the same debit card. I just want to take advantage of the free EC2 service again. Any insights would be appreciated!

You can set up multiple free-tier accounts for AWS. I don't think there's a strict limit, but I've not heard of anyone hitting one yet! Just tread lightly with how you manage them.
I’d recommend reaching out to the AWS Billing Team for a clearer answer. They can give you the most accurate information on what you're trying to do. Check this link for support: http://go.aws/account-support. It's a good way to get in touch with them!
Yes, you can create as many AWS accounts as you need without an issue, but be careful. If you're just switching accounts to keep getting the free tier every year, it could violate AWS's terms. They might end up banning your accounts if they catch on!
You can indeed use the same debit card for multiple AWS accounts, as Amazon doesn't monitor the card linked to each account closely. A better option is to set up an AWS Organization. This allows you to create separate accounts under one organization while using the same payment method. Just remember to get a unique email for each account, possibly by using the '+' trick in Gmail, like '[email protected]'. That way, all the emails still go to your main inbox! Also, don't forget that you can invite any existing accounts into this organization.
Just a heads-up, if you use linked payer accounts, the free tier benefits will expire based on the oldest account. So, make sure to keep that in mind!
