I'm currently using an NVIDIA RTX 5070Ti along with a 9800X3D CPU. I saw that AMD Software detected my setup and suggested I install the Adrenalin 25.10.2 drivers. Are these drivers specifically for the GPU or do they also have utilities for the CPU? Is it safe to download them?

Downloading the AMD drivers should be fine, as they're meant for your CPU’s integrated graphics. You can even disable the integrated GPU in the BIOS to avoid any potential complications with driver downloads in the future.
I wouldn't recommend it. It might work fine initially, but you could face issues later. It's better to stick with your NVIDIA drivers to avoid any confusion.
It's generally okay to download the AMD drivers. They will mainly affect your integrated GPU, which you probably won't be using since you have a 5070 Ti. Just be aware that mixing drivers can sometimes lead to issues down the line, although it should work fine for now.
The Adrenalin drivers are for the integrated graphics of your CPU, not your NVIDIA GPU. So installing those won't conflict with your NVIDIA drivers and should be fine to have on your system.
