I'm facing an issue with the Privileged Identity Management (PIM) access for Exchange Admin, which is limited to 4 hours. Once that time is up, I have to completely close my browser and re-elevate my permissions, disrupting my work. Is there a way to extend my session or prevent it from expiring without interruption?

If you're spending a lot of time in the Exchange Admin Panel, having a 4-hour PIM access window is probably too short for your needs. Consider setting it to 9 hours, which should let you start your day with a fresh elevation and avoid interruptions while you work.
You could also end your session when the workday finishes and then set up for another activation to start right at the beginning of your next workday. It makes PIM a 'once at the end of the day' action.
