I'm looking to switch the disks from my old desktop to my newly built one. I've managed to format two of the three disks, but I'm stuck on the last one since it has Windows installed. Is there a way to format that disk without having to install Windows again first? I'm open to any suggestions if there's a better approach to this. Appreciate your help!

Unfortunately, you need at least one drive with an operating system to boot into Windows. You can’t start the system from a drive that’s not running an OS. Your best bet is to install Windows on that drive first, then you can reset it afterward.
Before you proceed, have you backed up everything on the drive? If it's empty, you can securely wipe it via the BIOS using a feature like "secure erase."
Alternatively, you can wipe it during the Windows installation process. Just create a Windows 11 installation media on a USB drive using the media creation tool from Microsoft's site.
